Fully furnished and equipped
The villa is handed over fully furnished. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces are complete and ready to use, including bed linen and towels, kitchen equipment and all appliances. A full list of what is in the house is on practical.
A private house
House, garden and the 70 m² pool are used by your group alone.
Airport transfer
We are happy to collect you from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The drive to the villa takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and season. Our driver meets you in the arrivals hall and helps with your luggage.

A larger, more luxurious car is available as well. Transport bookings may require a small deposit, which is deducted from the final amount.
A driver during your stay
If you would like a private driver for a day or for your whole stay, we will arrange it: day trips, beach clubs, shopping, restaurants, waterfalls and custom tours around the island. Tell us what you would like to see and we take care of the rest.
Your fridge stocked on arrival
You can order an arrival package in advance, so you can head straight for the pool after the journey. The package for this villa is IDR 4,000,000 (± € 225) and includes Bintang beer, gin and vodka, soft drinks and mixers, snacks, and milk for tonight and tomorrow morning.
If you would like champagne, wine, whisky or anything else in particular, let us know before you arrive and it will be waiting. The package is paid in advance.
A journey around Bali
For those who want to see more of the island than Canggu, our management puts together a fully curated private journey: seven days and six nights, with your own driver and an English- and Bahasa-speaking host.

Included are private transport with a driver, fuel and parking, all accommodation, all breakfasts, lunches and dinners, the wine tastings and selected wines with dinner, the diving or snorkelling activity, a spa treatment, and water and refreshments along the way.
The journey costs IDR 22,500,000 per person (± € 1,250), for a minimum of two and a maximum of six people. A 50% deposit confirms the booking and is fully refundable up to seven days before departure.
FINNS Beach VIP
The villa comes with four FINNS Beach VIP Cards. FINNS Beach Club is a few minutes away on Berawa Beach, and the cards give you priority access and let you reserve a cabana without having to meet a minimum spend.
Getting around
Berawa is a village you can largely cover on foot: bakeries, cafés, warungs, restaurants and a supermarket are all within a short walk, and the beach is about 300 metres away. For everything further — Seminyak, Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Ubud — a driver or a scooter is the usual way, and we are happy to arrange either for you.
