Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 noon. Let us know your arrival time and someone will be there to show you around.
Flying out in the evening? If the villa has not been booked again for that day, you are welcome to stay on:
- One to four extra hours for a flat fee, depending on the season.
- Until your evening departure for half the nightly rate.
A late departure means extra work for the housekeeping team, so a tip is much appreciated.
House rules
- Quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM — the villa sits inside a resort, with neighbours close by.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The villa is for the group that booked it; do let us know in advance if you are expecting visitors.
Payment, cancellation and deposit
Payment
The full amount is settled when the reservation is made.

Security deposit
One day before arrival, € 258 is held on your credit card as a security deposit. The amount is not charged and is released two days after you leave.
Finding the villa
The villa is inside Natuna Resort on Gang Sri Kahyangan in Berawa, around 300 metres from the beach and close to Atlas Beach Club and FINNS Beach Club.
- At the resort entrance, security will guide you in. From the gate it is about one minute on foot to the villa.
- As a landmark, you will see Marcelin Spa & Restaurant on the right-hand side of the access road.
- From Ngurah Rai International Airport it is 18 km, roughly 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. We are happy to arrange your transfer — see the service.

What is in the house
Kitchen
A fully equipped open kitchen with a concrete cooking island, hob, oven, fridge and freezer, a second small fridge, coffee machine, toaster and rice cooker. Kitchen equipment, crockery and cooking basics are ready for you, as are coffee and cleaning products.
Sleeping and bathing
Five air-conditioned bedrooms and five en-suite bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided, and so is a crib. Outside there is an additional shower.
Outdoors
A 70 m² private pool with sun loungers, a shaded pergola lounge, an outdoor dining table and a covered first-floor terrace. Garden and terrace are entirely private.
Relaxing and working
Wireless broadband throughout the villa, a dedicated workspace, a sound system, board games, life-size outdoor games and books.
Service and facilities
Cleaning is available during your stay, there is a laundrette nearby, and luggage can be dropped off outside the official times. The villa has its own parking space, a private entrance and resort access.
Safety
Smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit are in the house.
